Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn or unused

  • With original tags attached

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@skmoutlet.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with clear instructions on how and where to send your item.

Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Β 

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@skmoutlet.com so we can review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non‑Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care and beauty products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non‑returnable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

European Union – 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must meet the same conditions outlined above: unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
